Project: Create a television campaign to introduce Sunday branch hours and 24-hour customer service, demonstrating that Alaska USA is always available to helps its members.

Challenge: The spots needed to adhere to the storytelling nature and look of Alaska USA’s brand campaign, while communicating two new services… both on a limited budget and a 2-day shoot. Two of the spots needed to speak to 24-hour service and the third spot to Sunday branch hours.

Solution: We created spots that were true to Alaska USA’s longstanding brand strategy of neighbors helping neighbors while also introducing the two new services. To introduce Sunday hours, we told the story of a neighborhood of people helping look for a lost puppy on a Sunday. For 24-hour service, we told stories of Good Samaritans helping people out in the middle of the night.

My Role: Acted as Art Director for all three spots, attending the shoot in Alaska and consulting on each scene. I was also part of the editing process and the creation of the three stories being told.
